Welcome to Blissfully ND Wellness.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, community, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
By using our Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our community guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
To join or participate in Blissfully ND Wellness Services, you must confirm and agree that:
- You are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence in Canada (18 years in Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan; 19 years in British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, and Yukon) or the legal age of adulthood in your country of residence if outside Canada.
- The Community is dedicated to supporting ADHD, other neurodivergent women, and gender-diverse individuals (including non-binary, trans, and gender-expansive identities), who seek a safe, affirming environment. While we welcome a spectrum of gender experiences, our programming and membership are designed for those who personally identify with these communities.
- By registering, you acknowledge that participation is not open to individuals who do not align with this audience, in order to preserve a peer-support culture tailored for lived experience and safety.
2. Services
Blissfully ND Wellness currently offers services delivered by a certified ADHD coach, Neurodiversity Consultant, and Menopause Specialist, and will expand to include a registered therapist and other supportive practitioners as the community evolves. Services may include coaching sessions, workshops, forums, educational resources, and practitioner-led events for ADHD, other neurodivergent women*, and practitioners. All future additions of therapists or practitioners will be clearly identified with their credentials and role.
Coaching is for informational and educational purposes ONLY.
Coaching and other content, including group events, resources, and practitioner-led sessions, are not to be considered medical, therapeutic, financial, or legal advice. No content or coaching is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition, nor should it replace work with a qualified healthcare provider, therapist, or licensed professional.
All services are described on our website or associated sales pages. Details of coaching sessions, workshops, or programs can be found on your purchase confirmation.
Client Responsibility
You, as the client, are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from participation in any aspect of Blissfully ND Wellness Services and Community. No specific outcome can be guaranteed, and individual results will vary based on your engagement, circumstances, and personal choices.
Medical and Crisis Disclaimer
If you are in crisis, require medical or psychological support, or have urgent health needs, please immediately contact a licensed medical provider, therapist, or emergency services. Do not rely on community support, coaching, or practitioner advice for emergency or acute situations.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these limitations and your responsibility for personal health and decision-making. Please refer to our community guidelines for further detail on respectful participation and safety.
3. Member Conduct and Guidelines
Our Service may include access to a community space (forums, groups, etc.). By participating, you agree to adhere to our community guidelines, which outline expectations for respectful communication, privacy, safety, posting content, and practitioner conduct. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend community access at our discretion.
4. User Accounts
To access coaching sessions and the community, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your password secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Your ongoing participation and access are subject to compliance with these Terms, community guidelines, and other posted policies.
5. Payment, Cancellations and Refunds
Fees for coaching services and programs are listed on our website and are processed via secure third-party payment providers.
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your card for the agreed-upon fees. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated, and are subject to applicable taxes under Canadian law.
Single Coaching Sessions
Sessions are billed at the time of booking.
A minimum of twenty-four ( 24 ) hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Session cancelled with less than twenty-four ( 24 ) hours' notice, or missed without notice of extenuating circumstances, will be forfeited.
Multi-session Coaching Package - Individual and Group
Payment terms are outlined in the coaching agreement. Acceptance of terms is required prior to the start of services.
Workplace Training
Payment terms are outlined in each contract. Acceptance of terms is required prior to the start of services.
Workshops
Payment is required at the time of registration, and is non-refundable.
All workshop materials are provided to each registrant, including session recordings, where applicable.
Registration is non-transferable where system login has been established.
Community
Memberships are billed monthly or annually based on your selection. Fees are non-transferable. All sales are final except as required by law.
Free trials may be offered from time to time based on promotion or offering and eligibility will be expressly stated.
Members may cancel at any time by submitting a written request to [[email protected]]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payment Disputes for ALL Services
In the event of a payment dispute, contact [[email protected]]. Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension.
6. Privacy and Data
Blissfully ND Wellness values your privacy and follows the principles of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) in the collection of personal information from you on our Website. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, storage, confidentiality, and consent.
Email and Other Electronic Communications
Visiting the Website or sending emails to the Company constitutes electronic communications. By using the Website, you consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email, and on the Website, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
We are happy to communicate with you via email, and there are various places on this Website that allow you to send an electronic communication to Blissfully ND Wellness. However, sending an email or other electronic communication does not create a business relationship or any contractual relationship. As set forth in our Privacy Policy, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that any communications remain confidential, but we cannot guarantee the security of such communications and cannot guarantee that we will not be required to disclose them as a result of a court order.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service—including course materials, videos, guides, community resources, and branding—is the intellectual property of Blissfully ND Wellness and associated practitioners and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular outcome or result from coaching.
To the extent permitted by Canadian law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blissfully ND Wellness, its affiliates, and personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
10. Governing Law
This agreement between you, the User, and Blissfully ND Wellness shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of British Columbia in any proceeding related to this agreement.
11. Changes to the Terms of Use
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
